The SaCha Method
Hi, I’m Sakshi Chaubey — an applied anthropologist and nonprofit leader.
I study, design and consult on how care, meaning, and lived experience shape the systems we move through every day, especially in healthcare, tech and social impact.
For around four years, I’ve worked at the intersection of anthropological research, UX research, and social impact. As President of a charitable trust, I lead research, and design community-based programs rooted in equity and preventive care. I also work independently with health tech companies, hospitals, nonprofits, and mission-driven teams to bring context, clarity, and structure to complex questions.
🌀 Through The SaCha Method, I help people and organizations:
-
Undertake research to understand and improve participant journeys and user experience for health-focused products
-
Design programs, structures, and systems that actually enable people to smoothly navigate and access systems
-
Communicate ideas clearly and meaningfully, through writing or the creation of knowledge materials
Whether you’re here to explore research-led program design, improve products, or collaborate on written pieces,
Welcome!
This is a space for thoughtful strategy, deep listening, and practical insight.
Let’s decode what’s underneath and build what’s next.
Mission
We exist to ask better questions, listen beneath the surface, and translate complexity into clear, actionable insight, so individuals, teams, and systems can truly thrive.
Vision
Our vision is a world where systems of care, work, and everyday life are shaped by the realities of lived experience.
Where cultural intelligence and deep listening guide how we understand people, build products & structures, and make change.
